The Age-Well Plan
My new book, The Age-Well Plan, is published on September 3rd. It’s my blue print for how to age well, the simple strategies you can incorporate into your daily life so you can live longer, healthier and happier. I’ve drawn on my extensive research into longevity and my experience as a health coach to give you the tools you need to live your own age-well life. It’s a simple, clear and easy-to-follow six-week plan which will show you how to make changes – small and large – to support healthy ageing, and prioritise those changes most appropriate for your body, lifestyle and circumstances.
The Age-Well Project
I’m the co-author of The Age-Well Project, a best-selling book on longevity which has been featured in The Guardian, Observer, Daily Mail, Sydney Morning Herald, Prima, The Big Issue and Woman & Home, amongst many others. We’ve also appeared on Sky News and the BBC in the UK, as well as Studio 10 and Sunrise in Australia.
The book lays out almost 100 steps to ageing well, based on our ‘four cornerstones’ of healthy ageing: how to eat, how to move, how to be and how to sleep. As your Age-Well health coach, I’ll help you build these cornerstones into your own life so you can look forward to the future and great health in the years to come.
