About Me

Hi I’m Susan – caring for my mother while she lived with dementia for 12 years inspired me to qualify as a health coach. I spent a gruelling year studying for an advanced coaching qualification with American neuroscientist Dr Dale Bredesen, author of The End of Alzheimer’s, so I can help you reduce dementia risk and optimise brain your brain health.

And now: the unexpected benefit has been I feel better than ever: stronger, clear headed and more confident that I’m doing my best for my brain. I’ve gained more energy, a stable weight, restful sleep, great skin and mental clarity. Want some of that? I offer bespoke, one-to-one coaching and courses which will transform your health.
