About Me
Hi I’m Susan – For the best part of a decade, I’ve been on a mission to Age Well, learning how to reduce my risk of the chronic conditions of ageing. And, guess what? As I’ve worked to do all I can to age better, I’ve discovered I feel better right now. More energy, a stable weight, healthy weight, restful sleep, great skin and mental clarity. Want some of that? Let me help you get that too.
How I can help you – Discovering how to Age Well has such an impact on my life that I realised I had to help other people gain the same benefits. I couldn’t keep all this energy and good health to myself! I qualified as a health coach with the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York to help you age better, and feel better, than ever before. I offer bespoke, one-to-one coaching, group workshops and courses which will transform your health.
The Age-Well Project – I’m co-author of The Age-Well Project, a best-selling book on longevity which has been featured in The Guardian, Observer, Daily Mail, Sydney Morning Herald, Prima, The Big Issue and Woman & Home, amongst many others. We’ve also appeared on Sky News and the BBC in the UK, as well as Studio 10 and Sunrise in Australia.
Testimonials
I was so confused by all the conflicting health information out there. Susan has helped me find a path through it and I feel terrific, despite getting on a bit! Her advice is simple, practical and do-able. I’ve found it really easy to make my life ‘Age Well’.
Helen, Sydney
The talk was so interesting and Susan’s simple way of explaining things was really helpful as I won’t forget the facts! We do practise a lot of the things she mentioned but I will certainly make more changes now. I’ve started reading her book as well. All fascinating.

Work out – to help your gut!
Our gut bacteria do so much for us, including helping us to get fitter. So looking after them is as key as a good pair of trainers when we exercise! How your body ages
The hardest thing for me when I’m speaking at events and coaching clients is explaining the science of ageing: what’s happening in our bodies at a cellular level is complex and it’s taken me years to grasp it. But it’s critical that we do get our heads round this. Only then can we understand the …
