How do we get there?
We work together for three months in an integrated programme that combines one-to-one coaching, accountability and structured learning so that you have everything you need to build science-backed habits to reduce your dementia risk.
Using simple strategies, I’ll empower you to take control of your health and discover a lifestyle which reduces your dementia risk: it’s an interactive process.
This is how Better Brain Framework works:
I support you to take action week by week with mindset work, behaviour change, learning and coaching, using simple but effective tools to create long-term habits for better brain health. I’ll hold you accountable and create a sustainable strategy that’s unique to you.
It’s a streamlined system where we work together for three months:
- An initial 60-minute deep-dive coaching session on Zoom to discuss your brain health, mindset and goals. We’ll get you ready to build new habits straightaway
- 6 x 40-minute bespoke Zoom coaching sessions with me (and follow-up notes) where we work together to create habits to support your brain health
- 6 x teaching videos – plus supporting written materials – so you can learn the science of reducing dementia and how to support your brain health (lifetime access)
- 6 x mindset support and habit-creation strategies – via video and written materials – containing simple, actionable tools (lifetime access)
- High-level accountability and support to keep you motivated and confident
- Simple, practical tools – including recipes, breathing techniques, reflection exercises and more
This holistic approach ensures you embed life-long habits which support the six pillars of better brain health –

Why work with me? I have:
- A high-level qualification as a dementia prevention coach with American neuroscientist Dr Dale Bredesen (author of The End of Alzheimer’s). I was one of the first people in Britain to qualify as a coach on his programme
- Trained as a Habit Coach Pro with Samuel Salzer – the behavioural psychologist working with Alzheimer’s UK on behaviour change to reduce dementia risk
- Double certification as an advanced health coach with the world-famous Institute of Integrative Nutrition
- Coached hundreds of people globally to reduce their dementia risk
- Spent a decade writing about health and longevity, including three books about health for women 50+ and have been featured in The Times, Guardian, BBC, Sydney Morning Herald, Daily Mail, among other publications

Group Courses and Workshops
I teach groups and workshops around the country and online. These events are totally bespoke to your group. They can be any length from 45 minutes to a whole day.
During the workshop or course, I break down the science of better brain health – then explain exactly how simple lifestyle changes can help us reduce dementia risk.
And I send everyone away with a (hopefully!) positive outlook on the future.
Workshops and group courses can include a delicious ‘Longevity Lunch’, using recipes from The Age-Well Project and Plan.
