The Dementia Prevention Framework
One-to-one coaching via Zoom.
This is what we do:
- Give you confidence that you’re doing the best you possibly can to reduce your dementia risk, based on the latest research.
- Help you build a life where the health of your brain comes first, every day.
- Get you into the mindset of being THAT PERSON who is living the best life for optimal brain health.
- Put in place the habits and routines that will get you creating that life every day and every week.

How do we get there?
We work one-to-one in six sessions, tailored to you, across 12 weeks. We’ll create simple strategies to empower you to take control of your own health and discover the lifestyle which will allow you to reduce your dementia risk. I’ll be your partner and guide to create a brain-healthy life: it’s an interactive process.
These are the core strategies we’ll work on together, based on my training with Dr Dale Bredesen (author of The End of Alzheimer’s Programme):
- Stress reduction
- Brain stimulation
- Detoxification + Supplements

Group Courses and Workshops
I teach groups and workshops around the country and online. These events are totally bespoke to your group. They can be any length from 45 minutes to a whole day.
During the workshop or course, I break down the science of ageing – what’s happening in our bodies as we age – then explain exactly how simple lifestyle changes can help us to age better.
And I send everyone away with a (hopefully!) positive outlook on the future.
Workshops and group courses can include a delicious ‘Longevity Lunch’, using recipes from The Age-Well Project and Plan.
