Through bespoke one-to-one coaching, workshops and courses, I help clients around the world focus on improving their health today, and in the years to come.

I can do the same for you. Coaching helps you look to the future, to plan what’s best for you. We’ll do it together.

One-to-One Coaching

1. Feel Great, Age Better: futureproof your health in 90 days or less

Do you want to know the how to look after your body to give yourself the best chance of ageing well? Do you want to reduce your risk of the chronic diseases of ageing, like dementia, diabetes and cancer? And would you like more energy, a healthy weight, restful sleep, better immunity and mental clarity right now?

In this six-session course we’ll co-create simple strategies to empower you to take control of your own health and discover the lifestyle which will allow you to age well. It’s a collaborative process across 12 weeks with you in the driving seat.

After an initial call to assess if we’re a good fit, we’ll have six one-to-one coaching sessions together. 50 minutes long, each focusses on your personal health goals and the steps you need to be happy and healthy. Might look at issues like:

Creating the right mindset and sense of purpose to keep you on track

Simple shifts to clean up your diet and change how you age on a cellular level

Powering up your exercise routine to help your body age well

Developing a sleep routine that gets you to sleep, and keeps you asleep

How to ‘be’: keeping your mind young

How to live: your environment and planning for the future

But the process is driven by, and is all about, YOU!

2. Age-Well Kickstarter: 60-minutes to healthy longevity

Let’s get your longer, happier, healthier life happening right now! This is a competitively-priced starting point for ageing well. We spend a detailed, high-energy  hour online, reviewing your lifestyle and key concerns for the future. I’ll pinpoint the effective changes you can make today which will help you radically reclaim your health. Together we’ll work out simple strategies you can put in place every day to help you face  the future with positivity.

Afterwards, I’ll send you a bespoke recommendations dossier to help you stay on track.

You really can make dramatic changes to how you age in a very short time.

Group Courses and Workshops

I teach groups and workshops around the country and online. These events are totally bespoke to your group. They can be any length from 45 minutes to a whole day.

During the workshop or course, I break down the science of ageing – what’s happening in our bodies as we age – then explain exactly how simple lifestyle changes can help us to age better.

And I send everyone away with a (hopefully!) positive outlook on the future.

Workshops and group courses can include a delicious ‘Longevity Lunch’, using recipes from The Age-Well Project and Plan.

Corporate Workshops

Britain’s workforce is ageing. Businesses need to nurture the skills and experience of older employees, and that means looking after them.

In my corporate workshops, I help employees learn to face the future with enthusiasm, giving them the tools they need to stay fit and healthy as they work.

And I guide employers, helping them deliver an Age-Well workplace so employees can thrive, producing their best work in an environment which is healthful for them.

The talk was so interesting and Susan’s simple way of explaining things was really helpful as I won’t forget the facts! I’ve started reading her book as well. All fascinating.
