Better Brain Camp
Let’s build better habits for a better brain! In this 12-week course we’ll embed actions that prevent dementia in the choices you make each day. About Me
Hi I’m Susan – caring for my mother while she lived with dementia for 12 years inspired me to qualify as a health coach. I spent a gruelling year studying for an advanced coaching qualification with American neuroscientist Dr Dale Bredesen, author of The End of Alzheimer’s, so I can help you reduce dementia risk and optimise brain your brain health.
And now: the unexpected benefit has been I feel better than ever: stronger, clear headed and more confident that I’m doing my best for my brain.
