- Take charge of your diet yourself and be able to stay on track with healthy habits
- Identify the thoughts and actions that may be keeping you ‘stuck’ and learn to move past them
- Understand what’s happening in your body as you age and how nutrition can affect it

The course includes:
- 4 x 75 minutes weekly classes via Zoom and replay video (so if you can’t make the date or time you’ll get all the knowledge and support from me)
- Direct access to me to answer all your questions and help you make sense of eating to age well in your own kitchen
- Weekly homework and evaluation, for example: keeping a food diary and creating a menu plans. I’ll give you one-to-one feedback and help you prep, plan and work towards your personal health goals
- Factsheets, plans and trackers to help you get the most from the course
- Pantry list of my age-well essentials, and alternatives
- Intermittent fasting guide
- Private WhatsApp or Facebook group so we can all support each other and build a like-minded community

Week 1: The Science of Ageing, And Your Body
Learn: the science of ageing – what’s happening in your body as you get older, and the power you have to control it.
Making it work: The power of plants and how phytonutrients will transform your health as you age. How to work them into every meal, every day.
Understand: your body – keeping track of weight, cholesterol, blood pressure etc
Stay on track: I’ll guide you through how to work out your purpose and build a life that serves you
HOMEWORK – work as many vegetables and fruit into your daily diet and keep a food diary for three days – send it to me for feedback.
Week 2: Sugars, Carbs And Why Your Gut Will Help You Age Well
Learn: the role of sugar, junk food and insulin resistance in how we age and our dementia risk.
Making it work: the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ carbs and how to adapt your daily diet; beating sugar-cravings, why your gut loves fibre
Understand: different types of diet – low fat, low carb, vegan etc and what they mean for your health any why diets don’t work
Stay on track: work out what’s best for you and your body – and stick to it
HOMEWORK – work out a meal plan, focussing on good carbs, for three days – send it to me for feedback
Week 3: Why We Shouldn’t Fear Fat
Learn: why we shouldn’t fear fat, how fat will help us age better, ‘good’ fats and ‘bad’ fats
Making it work: how to eat fat without putting on fat, diets and weight loss. The importance of your waist to hip ratio
Understand: the impact of lifestyle – including stress, sleep and exercise – on how you eat, and vice versa
Stay on track: let’s investigate what else is impacting how you eat, your relationships, stress levels, job etc
HOMEWORK – work out a meal plan, focussing on good fats, send it to me for feedback
Week 4: Protein, Fasting, Supplements And Staying On Track Forever
Learn: protein and intermittent fasting, a blue-print for ageing well forever
Making it work: understand the different types of fasting, work out which one is right for your body
Understand: the role of supplements in ageing well and which ones are worth taking
Stay on track: how to use everything you’ve learnt to feed yourself for the rest of your life
